coreSTORE - Employee: Permissions Assemblies

The "Assemblies" permission controls the entire functionality of the "Assemblies" and "Assembly Build" modules.

Note: If you don't know how to get to the permissions, you can go to Company > Employees > Click "Edit" on an employee (or make a new one) > Select the "Employee Permissions and Access" tab at the top.

If disabled, the outlined modules will be hidden from that employee.

The "Add, Update" permission controls whether or not an employee can add a new assembly to be created.

If the "Add, Update" permission is disabled, your employees will no longer see the "+ New Assembly" button when going into Inventory > Assemblies.

The "Delete" permission controls if the employee has the option to delete any assemblies that were created.

If the "Delete" permission is disabled, the employee will no longer have access to delete Assemblies.

The "Excel Export" permission gives the employee the ability to export their assembly list to an excel sheet.

If the "Excel Export" permission is disabled, the employee will no longer have access to select this function.

The "Manage Build Statuses" permission controls if the employee has access to manage the statuses of an assembly.

If the "Manage Build Statuses" permission is disabled, the employee will no longer have access to select this function.

The "Search Assemblies" permission controls whether or not an employee can view the "Assemblies" module.

If the "Search Assemblies" permission is disabled, the employee will no longer have access to the Assemblies module.
