coreSTORE - Employee: Permissions Assemblies
- The "Assemblies" permission controls the entire functionality of the "Assemblies" and "Assembly Build" modules.
Note: If you don't know how to get to the permissions, you can go to Company > Employees > Click "Edit" on an employee (or make a new one) > Select the "Employee Permissions and Access" tab at the top.
- If disabled, the outlined modules will be hidden from that employee.
- The "Add, Update" permission controls whether or not an employee can add a new assembly to be created.
- If the "Add, Update" permission is disabled, your employees will no longer see the "+ New Assembly" button when going into Inventory > Assemblies.
- The "Delete" permission controls if the employee has the option to delete any assemblies that were created.
- If the "Delete" permission is disabled, the employee will no longer have access to delete Assemblies.
- The "Excel Export" permission gives the employee the ability to export their assembly list to an excel sheet.
- If the "Excel Export" permission is disabled, the employee will no longer have access to select this function.
- The "Manage Build Statuses" permission controls if the employee has access to manage the statuses of an assembly.
- If the "Manage Build Statuses" permission is disabled, the employee will no longer have access to select this function.
- The "Search Assemblies" permission controls whether or not an employee can view the "Assemblies" module.
- If the "Search Assemblies" permission is disabled, the employee will no longer have access to the Assemblies module.
