coreSTORE - Employee: Creating a New Employee in coreSTORE
In this guide we will cover establishing a new employee in coreSTORE.
- Navigate to Company > Employees
To create a new employee first we must navigate to the employee menu. This can be found under company > Employees
- Click on New Employee
Click on new employee in the top right corner.
- First Name
First Name is required please establish the users first name.
Email is a required field.
- Language
You must establish the default language for the employee.
- Click on Employee Login Info
Under Employee login info we will establish the user name and password for login.
- User Name
Establish the user name you would like your employee to use when signing in. The most common use is first name, period and then last name.
- Password
Establish the users password, you can use the force password change upon login to have the user establish their own.
- Check Force Password Change Upon Login:
- Click on Employee Permissions and Access
- Select Module
Select the appropriate modules for the user and grant access to specified areas of the program.
- Click on Save
