coreSTORE - Customers: Merging Duplicate Customers


Learn how to efficiently merge duplicate customer records to maintain a clean and organized customer database, ensuring accurate and streamlined information management



  1. Click on Sales

  1. Click on Find Duplicates by Name


This function allows merging records with the same name

  1. Click on the results if you wish to merge them

  1. The other way to merge the customers is by selecting the checkboxes for the two records and then clicking "Merge."

  1. Review the FROM Customer to TO Customer and Hit OK


This will move the other record to the Deleted record and keep only one record for the customer.
