coreSTORE - Customers: Managing Store Accounts


In this article, we will be going over how to set up your store account settings inside of coreSTORE. Store Accounts in coreSTORE are linked to store credit that you can offer to your clients.


Store credit is a versatile tool useful for refunds and can also serve as a line of credit for your most trusted customers. If you use it as a line of credit, we recommend creating an associated invoice and payment link to facilitate easy repayment.

  1. Disable Store Account When Over Credit Limit


When this setting is enabled, if a client surpasses their credit limit. The store account payment option will be disabled for any clients that surpass the limit set in the previous setting until that credit is then used.

  1. Store Account Statement Message


This is the message that will end up populating on your receipt when a store account transaction occurs.

  1. Hide Store Account Payments In reports


This setting will allow you to hide any store account payments from your normal sales reports.

This allows you to input your own Paypal information for your clients to use to pay you via Paypal.
