coreSTORE - Customers - How to Import Customers


The Customer Module allows you to efficiently manage customer information and provides a comprehensive overview of all interactions and data associated with individual customers.



  1. Click on Sales

  1. Click the 3-dot menu to the right side of the screen

  1. Click on Excel Import


Select this button if you need to import a Customer List by bulk

  1. Click on Download Spreadsheet Template


Template for Existing Customers: A template for existing customers is a structured format used to manage and organize existing customer information


Template for New Customers: A blank template that you can use if you wish to add more customer record by bulk

  1. Click on Upload File when you are ready to import
