The Customer Module allows you to efficiently manage customer information and provides a comprehensive overview of all interactions and data associated with individual customers.

1. Click on Sales

2. Click on Customers

3. Click the 3-dot menu to the right side of the screen

4. Click on Excel Import

Select this button if you need to import a Customer List by bulk

5. Click on Download Spreadsheet Template

Template for Existing Customers: A template for existing customers is a structured format used to manage and organize existing customer information

Template for New Customers: A blank template that you can use if you wish to add more customer record by bulk

6. Click on Upload File when you are ready to import

7. Click on Yes/No if you wish to continue on the last step

8. Click on Complete Excel Import on Step 3

9. Success! You got it!
