The Customer Module allows you to efficiently manage customer information and provides a comprehensive overview of all interactions and data associated with individual customers.
Click on Sales
Click on Customers
Click the 3-dot menu to the right side of the screen
Click on Excel Import
Select this button if you need to import a Customer List by bulk
Click on Download Spreadsheet Template
Template for Existing Customers: A template for existing customers is a structured format used to manage and organize existing customer information
Template for New Customers: A blank template that you can use if you wish to add more customer record by bulk
Click on Upload File when you are ready to import
Click on Yes/No if you wish to continue on the last step
Click on Complete Excel Import on Step 3
