coreSTORE - Customers: Delete and Undelete Customers
Discover how to delete or undelete customer records with this straightforward guide. Ensure your customer database stays accurate and up-to-date.
- Click on Sales
- Click on Customers
- Clicking the checkbox will show you a variety of options to do
- You can Delete a customer record if needed by Clicking on Delete
- But, you can always undelete the customer record if needed by clicking the 3-dot menu
- Click on Manage Deleted Customers
- Click the check box next to the Customer profile
- Click on Undelete
- Click on OK to confirm
- Click on Done to go back to the Customer Dashboard
