coreSTORE - Customers: Custom Field Configuration


Custom Field Configuration refers to the process of defining and setting up additional fields in the customer profile to capture specific information that is unique to your business



  1. Click on Sales

  1. Simply set up the Custom Field Name, Type and an options to show on receipt and sales screen or just simply hide the field label


1\. Custom Field Name: Enter the name you want to assign to the custom field.


2\. Type: Choose the type of custom field, such as text, date, checkbox, etc.


3\. Options to Show on Receipt and Sales Screen: Select whether you want the custom field to be displayed on receipts and the sales screen, or if you want to hide the field label altogether.

  1. Click on Save and Done!

  1. To access the Custom Field Configuration, simply click on "Edit"

  1. Scroll down to the bottom
