coreSTORE - Channels: Unpublishing an Item From BigCommerce
In this guide, we will walk you through the process of unpublishing an item from BigCommerce so it is no longer available on the website.
Click on Items
First, navigate to the Items sub-menu found under the Inventory menu.
Search Field
Next, in the search field, enter the product ID or UPC of the item you wish to remove from your BigCommerce site.
Click on Edit
Once you’ve selected the item, click on the Edit action to open the product details.
Click on Channels
Navigate to the Channels section of your item details, located in the top right corner.
Uncheck Active
Under your BigCommerce channel, locate the Active checkbox. Simply uncheck this box to mark the item as inactive.
Click on Save
Click Save to finalize the change and push the update to your BigCommerce site.
Click on Continue Editing
BigCommerce Banner
On the Channels tab, you will now notice that the BigCommerce banner has changed to red, indicating that the selected item is no longer active on that channel.
Click on Items
