coreSTORE - Channels: Mapping BigCommerce Categories

In this guide, we will cover how to remove published items from BigCommerce so they no longer appear for sale on the site.

1. Click on Items

First, navigate to the Inventory menu and locate the Items sub-menu.

2. Search

In the search field, you can locate your item by UPC, name, description, etc. Find your item and select the appropriate product.

3. Items List

Alternatively, you can locate your item in the Items list and click the Edit action button on the left-hand side.

4. Click on Channels

Once your item is selected, navigate to the Channels tab on the item edit screen.

5. WooCommerce Channel

Locate your WooCommerce Channel setting and you should notice that the channel banner appears green stating that this item is indeed published on your site.

6. Active

Set the Active slider to No to mark this item as unpublished. Click Save to finalize the changes.

7. Unpublished

Once the item is unpublished and removed from the site, the WooCommerce banner will change to red, indicating its unpublished status.
