If you encounter a slowdown or disconnection between your coreSTORE and coreFORCE platforms, there's an easy way to check the connection before contacting support for further assistance.

As long as the item has a UPC code associated with it you will be able to use the magnifying glass to search your online store.

As long as the item appears in this popup and no error code appears in the top right corner of your screen, your coreFORCE and coreSTORE are still connected and should be working properly.
