coreSTORE - Assemblies: Navigating the Assembly Dashboard
In this guide, we will cover how to navigate the Assembly Dashboard. This dashboard provides the tools to efficiently manage your assembly builds, components, and statuses.
Search Filters
The filter fields at the top of the Assemblies Dashboard help you efficiently locate the desired build to create.
New Assembly
The New Assembly button allows you to create a new build list. For detailed instructions, please refer to our coreSTORE - Assemblies: Creating Assemblies in coreSTORE guide, which covers the process of creating a new build.
3 Dot Action Menu
Click on the 3 dot menu to explore some additional features.
Action Menu Features
In the Action Menu, you'll find several options. One is to manage your build statuses. By default, there are three statuses: New, In Progress, and Completed. You can also export your builds to Excel or, if a build was accidentally deleted, reinstate it through Manage Deleted Assemblies.
Cog Wheel
Using the Cog Wheel icon, you can add or remove columns displayed on the dashboard to customize your view.
Assemblies Section
In the Assemblies section of the dashboard, you’ll see all the build lists you’ve created so far. This allows you to reuse those assembly options to continually create the specified builds.
Selecting Established Build
Now, let’s select a build that’s been created and review the additional options that appear.
Additional Options
Once you've selected a build, the following options will appear:
Labels: Allows you to print a barcode label for the build.
Delete: Deletes the selected build.
Clear Selections: Removes all selected builds.
Excel Export: Exports the selected builds to a CSV file.
Build: Uses the assembly to create the finalized product.
Clone: Allows you to clone an assembly, making it easy to create a similar build with slight modifications.
