coreSTORE - Assemblies: Navigating the Assembly Builds Dashboard

In this guide, we will go over the basic functions of the Assembly Builds Dashboard. This dashboard is essential for tracking the current status of your builds and reviewing the history of when their statuses have been changed or updated.


Status Tiles

You can use the status titles to quickly view the progress of your current builds. Simply click on a title to filter your build list by that status!

Additional Filter Options

Using the Search Builds feature, you can further narrow your selections by build ID, product, category, and more.

Cog Wheel

The Cog Wheel option allows you to choose which columns are visible on the dashboard.

Build Display

In the Builds Display, you’ll see all current builds based on the filters you’ve applied. This display provides key details, including the build ID, UPC of the final build, name, status, quantity of assemblies created, and the corresponding serial number for the build.

Log Action

Let’s go ahead and click on the Log of one of our builds.

Build Logs

Here, you can quickly view information such as the date the build was modified, the employee who made the change, and the updated status.
