coreILLA - Social Planner - Notification for Failed Post, Account Expired and Post Approval


Email Notifications are available for following in Social Planner -


  1. Account Expired - Social Accounts whose tokens have expired
  2. Account PreExpiry - Social Accounts like Facebook pages have expiry of 60 days, before 60 - around 50th day user to get notified to refresh the token
  3. Request for Approval - Social Post which is scheduled for approval, requesting the user to approve the scheduled post.
  4. Post Approved update to Creator - Notifying the creator of the post if the scheduled post was approved
  5. Post Rejected update to Creator - Notifying the creator of the post if the scheduled post was rejected
  6. Post Failed - Notifying the users selected about the scheduled post has failed









# How do the notification for Social Planner work?



  1. Go to Marketing > Social Planner

  1. In Social Planner, the social planner settings (gear icon) is present beside the New Post button click on it.

  1. In Social planner settings there is option of Notification tab.

  1. Click here to select users to Notify by email before an access token expires.

  1. Type the names of the user and select it.

  1. The notification requires to select the subaccount users, how often should the user be reminded to refresh the account [they can refresh the token by visiting the integration page], user can select the dif

\- To edit the account expired notification by clicking the pencil icon
\- The notification requires to select the subaccount users, how often should the user be reminded to reconnect the token, user can select the different template other than default templates.
