Here’s a detailed guide on how to use these filters effectively:
- After logging into your account, from the coreILLA dashboard, go to the "Contacts" section.
- Click on the "More Filters" button to begin setting up your filters.
- Choose the first filter criterion. For example, to filter contacts created less than seven days ago, select the "Created" filter.
- Set it to "less than seven days ago." or as you desire.
- Click on Apply to save the filter.
- Click "AND" to add another condition.
- For example, you can filter by tag, click on tags to select one.
- Select one of the tag from the dropdown menu according to your desired condition.
- Click on the desired tag to continue.
- Click on Apply to finalise this.
- To include contacts that meet either of two conditions, click "OR."
- Add a second set of conditions. For instance, filter contacts who opened your emails in the desired date range.
- Set up the details here.
- Click on Apply. This step ensures that if either condition is met, the contact will be included in the Smart List.
- Click on Clear all filters…
- Once satisfied with the filters, click "Save as Smart List."
- Name your Smart List appropriately.
- Click on Save to save your smart list.
- The Smart List will now appear with the applied filters preloaded.
