From the coreILLA dashboard, Click on Settings
Click on Reputation Management next.
After scrolling down you will be able to see Email Review Request, turn this on using this button.
Personalize the subject line and email content. Use your brand colors and logo for consistency. Set in the review request behavior accordingly.
You can Click on Open Email Builder to see how your email looks and to further customize it.
Here you can customize the email accordingly Add a call-to-action button that directs customers to your review page.
Click on Save to have this action ready.
Scrolling a little further down you will be able to see SMS Review Requests section.
Click on switch to get this going.
Modify the text to reflect your brand’s voice and set the review request behavior.
