coreILLA - How to Configure Facebook and Google Review Notifications in coreILLA

The Notification Manager feature allows users to be notified across different channels about important actions & information. This feature was primarily introduced to reduce noise. It provides a preference to users to choose which notifications they want to receive.

Managing notifications for your Facebook and Google reviews is essential to staying updated on customer feedback. HighLevel makes it easy to configure these notifications according to your preferences. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you turn on or off these notifications.




Start by logging into your HighLevel account. In the lower left-hand corner of the HighLevel dashboard, you will find the "Settings" option. Click on it to access your account settings.

Under settings, you’ll notice an option for "My Profile" if you have user privileges for that account.

In the Notifications section, you will see options for both Facebook and Google reviews.

You can choose to receive notifications via:
In-App Notifications
SMS
Email

Use the toggle buttons to turn these notifications on or off as per your requirement.

Click on Conversation Notifications…

ℹ️ If you switch to another sub-account where you don’t have user privileges, you will notice that the "My Profile" option does not appear, and therefore, you won’t have the ability to configure notifications for that particular account.
