coreILLA - Contacts Restoring Deleted Contacts


Restoring deleted contacts in coreILLA is a straightforward process. You can recover important information that may have been accidentally removed.


Follow these steps to restore deleted contacts:



  1. From the coreILLA dashboard, go to the "Contacts" section.

  1. Click on Restore

Step 2



  1. Use the search bar or scroll through the list to find the deleted contact(s) you wish to restore.

Step 3



  1. Click the "Restore" button. The contact will be moved back to your active contact list.

Step 4



  1. Confirm the action if prompted, ensuring the contact is restored to its original state.

Restoring Contacts using Bulk ActionsAnother way to restore contacts which are deleted is by the Bulk Action feature in the contacts, it is as following:



  1. Click on Contacts from the coreILLA dashboard.

  1. Click on Bulk Actions

  1. Click on dropdown trigger

  1. From the dropdown trigger, seelct restore
