coreFORCE - Website: Create Full Access Admin Users
coreFORCE Advanced and Enterprise Only
These steps are for creating a new account, if the User already has an account on the site you can modify their existing account to give them admin permissions. Those simple instructions are at the bottom of the KB.
To create a new Admin user for your coreFORCE site, start by going to Contacts > Users > Users and click the Add button in the upper right.
Fill in the required information under the Details tab.
Ensure that you check the boxes for both "Administrator Flag" and "Full Client Access".
Once you have done this, you need to set a temporary password for the account, go to the Security tab.
Once you have typed in the password, you will notice that in the Details tab, the "Force Password Change on Next Login" box is now checked. This will force the user to change their password upon their first log in to help ensure security.
Once you have verified that all these steps are complete, scroll to the top and click Save. Then provide the user with their Username and temporary Password.
For and existing user account, access their record in Contacts > Users > Users, search and select the user account you wish to give admin permissions to.
