coreFORCE - Troubleshooting: Items Are Showing Incorrect Inventory and Pricing
coreFORCE Advanced and Enterprise Only
- Go to System->Background->Process Log and set the Filter to only show Update Distributor Inventory. Look at when the last time that background process was run. It should be running once per hour.
- Look at the last process log and make sure the distributor in question ran.
- Go to Product Maintenance and find the product in question. In the Inventory tab, click on the distributor for a list of the updates from that distributor.
