coreFORCE - Troubleshooting: Items Are Showing Incorrect Inventory and Pricing

Go to System->Background->Process Log and set the Filter to only show Update Distributor Inventory. Look at when the last time that background process was run. It should be running once per hour.

 Look at the last process log and make sure the distributor in question ran.

 Go to Product Maintenance and find the product in question. In the Inventory tab, click on the distributor for a list of the updates from that distributor.
