[coreFORCE Advanced- Troubleshooting: Fixing "Your webhook is failing" with Sezzle]
For Search Engine Optimization (SEO) reasons, your coreFORCE site only uses a single domain name (normally starting with www); other domain names that point to your site are redirected to that domain name. This is no problem for a web browser, but Sezzle's webhook system does not follow redirects. Therefore you need to make sure that the primary domain name setting is your site's real domain name, not one that redirects to www.
1. Click on Orders
2. Click on Setup
3. Click on Pages
4. Primary Domain Name
This will be where Sezzle pulls that domain name from, make sure it's right!
5. Click on SAVE
6. Click on Sezzle
7. Click on Sezzle
"Sezzle payment method is set up and ready to use" will indicate your domain is ready to go!
If you still see the text for
"Primary domain name is not set correctly (must not redirect to another domain). Sezzle webhooks will not work." please make sure you have the correct domain name configured. If you are still experiencing difficulty please reach out to support, we are here to help!
