coreFORCE Advanced - Products - How to Create GunBroker Product Listing
There are several steps when you want to start using the GunBroker integration in coreFORCE (Advanced / Enterprise)
The major steps to start using GunBroker are:
- Configure your GunBroker integration in coreFORCE
- Ensure your coreSTORE product(s) are configured for use in coreFORCE
- List your coreFORCE product(s) on GunBroker through coreFORCE
Configure Your GunBroker Integration In coreFORCE
In order for you to start selling your products on GunBroker through your coreFORCE site we will first need to get your GunBroker integration setup.
- Click on Setup
- Click on GunBroker
- Enter your Username and Password
The username and password are the only <u>required</u> pieces of information for you to start using the GunBroker integration, but please fill out any other settings that would be appropriate for your situation.
- Click on SAVE
Ensure your coreSTORE product(s) are configured for use in coreFORCE
- In coreSTORE go to Inventory > Items > then click Edit on any products that you intend to sell on GunBroker
New products or products that were not previously configured for use on coreFORCE will look like this image.
Now click save
- Product is Ecommerce Item
Once you mark a product as an Ecommerce Item and save then you can confirm that it saved properly by editing the product again and checking the Ecommerce information section which, if successful, should look similar to the following image.
List your coreFORCE product(s) on GunBroker through coreFORCE
- Click on Orders > GunBroker > Products
- Click on ADD
If you have products already listed on GunBroker they will be shown here. Click the Add button in the upper right corner of the page to create a new listing.
- Add required information
In the product field, start typing the product name and a list of coreFORCE products will populate like a search. Click on the desired product and the rest of the listing will be filled in with any available information automatically.
- Listing Details
Listing Details are fields that are specific to each listing so they will not be automatically configured like the product information fields. These will need to be adjusted for each new listing.
- Premium Features
The Premium features are features provided by GunBroker which cost extra to implement. These do not get automatically configured.
For information regarding the costs associated with premium features please refer to the GunBroker website.
- Save your listing
Once all the configuration and the information for the listing is the way that you want it. Click save at the top of the page.
Transmit Product(s) to GunBroker
- Click on Listings
- Select a product to transmit
Check the checkbox next to any products that you wish to transmit to GunBroker
- Click Send Selected Products
Once all the products that you wish to transmit are checked (selected), click on the Send Selected Products button at the top of the page to transmit to GunBroker
