New Chat Widget
Use the new coreWARE chat widget
We’ve launched a new chat widget for all coreWARE products. The interface has been updated. This article explains how to sign in, submit a request, and review your existing tickets.
Sign in to the chat widget
- Select the chat widget icon in the lower-right corner of the screen.

- Enter your email address.

- Select Continue.

- Copy and paste the verification code sent to the email address you entered in step 2.

- After verification, you can view your open and closed requests.


Submit a request
- After signing in, select Start New Request at the bottom of the widget.

- Choose a category:
- Sales Inquiry
- CoreWARE Support
- Billing Questions
- Suggestions

- Enter a title for your request.

- Provide a detailed description of the issue, including the steps to reproduce it (pages visited and actions taken).

- Add supporting files as needed (up to five files, 10 MB each). Supported file types include screenshots, PDFs, videos, Word documents, and Excel files.

- Select Submit Request.
