How to process a Raffle prize pre-payment and purchase in coreSTORE

1. First you are going to have to create a service item. Click on Inventory > Items on the left side navigation menu. Then click the +New button in the upper right corner.

Next give the new item a name and category. We recommend "Raffle Item Pre-Payment" (or something similar) for the name and something similar to the name for the category.

When the customer comes in suspend their sale as a 4473 then complete the sale as per your normal workflow, and you are done!
