coreSTORE - Getting Started: How to Add a Custom Suspended Sale Type in coreSTORE

Custom suspended sale types can act as internal communication tools within your business. Staff can easily understand the context of a suspended sale based on its type (e.g., a customer hold might require follow-up).

1. Click on Company>Settings

2. Click on Suspended Sales/Layaways

3. Click on Add Suspended Sale Type

4. Settings for Suspended Sale Types

Make sure to check on each setting you want to associate with your new suspended sale type and choose how your inventory updates depending on the suspended sale type.

5. Click on Save

Upon clicking on save you will now see your new suspended sale type in your sales screen.
