# coreSTORE - Getting Started: Configuring Online Payment Settings


Learn how to configure online payment settings in coreSTORE with this comprehensive guide. Streamline your payment process and ensure a smooth transaction experience for your customers.  
  
**NOTE:** Ensure you are a coreCLEAR customer to utilize this feature



1. Click on  Company

2. Click on Settings

3. Check Enable Online Payments under coreLEAR

**E-Mail Daily Batch Reports T**o: Set up an email address to receive the batch reports by the end of the day  
**Payment Portal New Account Welcome Message**: Create a welcoming message for new accounts on your payment portal, making a great first impression and providing essential information for a smooth start.

4. Click on Save

5. Click on your Account at the top right

6. Click on Go to e-commerce admin

7. Click on  General Settings > Payment

8. Toggle on "Use coreSTORE Merchant Information" and Hit Save

This will ensure that the gateway is configured to send and receive online transactions

9. To send a payment link you can simply go t the Suspended Sales Dashboard

10. Click on E-Mail Payment Link

11. Click on OK and it's DONE!
