# coreSTORE - Getting Started: Configuring Custom Fields in List Columns

To display the custom fields in the columns of the Items, Item Kits, Work Orders, Bound Book, Customers, Suppliers, and Employees lists, check the checkboxes (A) next to the custom field name in the gear dropdown menu (B).

**Where to Find the Custom Fields**

Each module's custom fields show up in different areas of coreSTORE. To find these areas, select from the index below which module's custom fields you are looking for.
