# CoreSTORE - FFL: How to Invalidate a 4473.


For use when a 4473 is generated but is not used to process a transaction.


1. Access 3 Dot Menu

From the Manage 4473 page, select the "3 Dot Menu" next to the 4473 ID that you want to invalidate.

2. Invalidate 4473

In the drop down menu select "Invalidate 4473"

3. Provide Reason

A text box will pop up automatically. Enter a brief description of the reason the 4473 is being invalidated.

4. Select "OK" to complete the invalidation.
