# coreSTORE - Enable Terms and Conditions on coreCLEAR terminals in coreSTORE

The **"Enable Terms and Conditions on the coreCLEAR Device"** feature allows retailers to display their custom Terms and Conditions directly on the coreCLEAR payment terminal during the checkout process. Customers can review and accept the terms before completing a transaction, enhancing compliance, transparency, and customer acknowledgment.

1. Go to **Company** > **Settings**

2. Click on **coreCLEAR**

3. Check the box for **Require Signature?**
This will require the customer toi sign on the equinox credit card terminal upon accepting the Terms & Condition

4. Select preferred **Categories**, **Tags**, or In **every sale transaction** to show the terms

5. Select **Only for Categories/Tags** from **Show Terms And Conditions** then assign the specific Category/Tag on the next field

6. Select Specific Category (Multiple Categories can be selected)

7. Enter the Terms And Condition Content

8. Click on Save
