# coreSTORE - Employees - Add permissions for employees to combine multiple suspended sales into one 4473

1. First ensure the correct employee permission is activated to perform the function.

*   Go to **Company** > **Employees**

2. Select **Edit** for the employee you want to add the permission for.

3. Select the **Employee Permissions and Access** page.

4. Select the **FFL** permissions.

5. Add the **Allow removing a 4473 from a Sale** if it is not already checked and save the change.

6. Select the **Sales** permissions.

7. Add the **Edit Suspended Sale** if not already checked and save the change.
