# coreSTORE - Customers - Enabling Customer Loyalty Point Program



1. Click on Company > Settings

2. Click on Customer Loyalty

3. Click on Enable Customer Loyalty System:…

4. Select Simple from Loyalty Program Option:

For a straightforward setup that rewards customers with a discount based on the number of sales they process with you, follow this method. It’s an effective way to encourage repeat purchases and build customer loyalty.

5. Select Advanced from Loyalty Program Option. Then Save.

Opting for the advanced setup enables you to establish a customized spend-to-point ratio tailored specifically to your store. This approach can often be more rewarding for both you and your clients. Additionally, you can enhance the ratio based on the tiers and memberships configured within your system.
