# coreSTORE - Customers: Cleanup Old Customer Records

Cleaning up old customers refers to the process of reviewing and managing outdated or inactive customer records in a database or customer management system. This task is essential for maintaining data accuracy and improving overall operational efficiency

1. Click on Sales > Customers

2. Click on the 3 dot menu and  Cleanup old customers

3. Click Yes/No to acknowledge the disclosure message
