# coreILLA - Navigating coreILLA s Chat and AI Features


Here we will dive into how to access our Support Chat and also get help from our AI Assistant Corey.


1. Login to your coreILLA account first.

2. Once logged in, click on the "Chat Bubble" located at the bottom-right of your screen. (💬)

3. In here, you can begin chatting with our AI Assistant "Corey" and he can help guide you to the right information or person to get what you need answered.

4. On this screen you can message Corey for help and he will try and assist in giving you an answer. If that isn't good enough, you can simply tell him to send you off to a human or "Supreme Overlord" to then speak with a real agent.

5. You can also see how many people are available in chat via the profile icons up top.

6. Next, we can go to the "Help" tab at the top-middle.

#In here, you will get a list of our "Most Frequently Read Articles".

7. Finally, you can also use the "Search" function.Click on Search

#In here, you can search keywords and Corey will go through and find articles correlating with your keywords.
