1. After logging in to your coreILLA account, click on Sites

2. Click on Form Builder

3. Click on Add Form or update an existing one.

4. Click on this button.

5. Drag on this Source element.

6. Then on the form you will be able to see Source Added.

7. After the form submission, you can see the value under source as shown below.
