# coreILLA - Contacts Exporting Contacts into a CSV file

| This feature enables users to export contacts from the CRM, allowing them to select specific contacts, customize the information columns, and download a .csv file. This file can then be used for transferring contacts to other accounts or systems, streamlining contact management and making it more efficient.

###### Follow the following steps to export contacts into a CSV:


1. Step 1: After logging into your account, navigate to the contacts tab.

2. Step 2: Browse through your contacts list for all the contacts that you want to export.

3. Please Note: You may also use filters to specify which contacts you want to mark for export

4. To select all contacts on a page or the entire list, use the corresponding checkbox:

5. Step 3: Click on Select all records.

6. Step 4: Click the "Export Contacts" icon or button. Confirm your export action if prompted.

7. Step 5: Click on Export Contacts to download the file.
