# coreFORCE - Website - Banner Groups


Banner Groups in coreFORCE allow multiple banners to be grouped together to play in a slideshow type format

1. Click on Banner Groups

2. Select a Banner Group

3. Banner Code

Banner codes are typically automatically input and will not need to be changed, this field is what coreFORCE references to pull your banners to designated locations on the home page or wherever it is tied to. Changing this code will likely lead to loss in functionality.

4. Description

This description is strictly used on the backend to identify the banner group, make sure it's a relevant name!

5. Sort Order

Sort Order influences where the banner shows up in the general overview defaults

6. Internal use only

Internal Use Only will restrict this banner group from being shown to ***Customers*** on the homepage, admin users will retain the ability to view this banner group

7. Inactive

Inactive works similarly to Internal Use Only however ***Nobody*** admins or customers will see the banners

8. Active Banners

If a banner is pulled over to the right side and is colored yellow that banner is ***Active</u>***

9. Inactive Banners

If a banner is on the left side in green that banner is ***Inactive*** and will not show up in the banner group

10. Quick Options

coreFORCE Offers a few quick options to move banners en masse

11. Select All

Select All will move every potential banner from the left to the right and make them all active for this banner group.

12. Remove All

Remove all will pull the banners from active to inactive and have ***No*** banners in use

13. Sort

Sort will change your banner names to be in alphabetical order from A - Z
