coreFORCE - Website: Add a New Page


When constructing your website or introducing a new product line, it is essential to understand the process of adding pages to your website. This guide will provide you with instructions on how to effectively incorporate new pages into your website.



  1. To begin you will need to click on Setup

This webpage will display all the existing pages on your website that have been successfully created.

  1. Click on +ADD


To initiate the creation of a new page for your website, begin by clicking on the +ADD button.

  1. Type your Page Description here


It is recommended to align the content of this page with the specific objectives you intend to achieve through its creation. Please press the tab key or click outside this box after entering the desired description.

  1. Link Name


The text you entered in the description box will be used to generate the Link name automatically. This Link name will be displayed in the address bar once the page is finalized.

  1. Meta Description and Keywords


You can add a description here but is not needed or required.

  1. Select the right template for your website


In this box, you'll find a dropdown menu with different template options. A template is a pre-made layout that acts as a starting point for creating websites. Templates offer a consistent structure and design elements to assist users in creating new content more efficiently without having to start from the beginning.

  1. Make sure Public Access is marked!!!


Enabling public access will allow anyone to view this page. Keep this box unmarked only if you intend for this page to be for internal use only.

  1. Uncheck Inactive!!!


If you need to temporarily hide or take down the page for any reason, you can select this option. Keep this box unchecked unless you are actively trying to do so.

  1. Enter Menu Name here


Please enter your desired name below if you choose to have a menu on the page.

Select the Menu Style you would like in this dropdown.

The position below will determine the order it shows within menu options. If nothing is inserted in At Position, Your new menu Item will show up last.

  1. CSS (Cascading Style Sheet)


This section is for designers and does not need to be touched.

Click on the box within the small orange box pictured below to create a header for the new page. Note: There is also a warning here, but it's not as temperamental and you can make changes.

Within this box there are many tools to customize your header.

  1. Each button has a different Header function. I am choosing Headline to start


Play around to customize how you would like. You can add images with text, sales, phone numbers, etc over top. Snippets are a great tool as well within this box.

Within this box you can type what you would like your header to be and how it will look on the site.

You can click this arrow to expand Snippet menu

You don't have to use Snippet's however they are well designed layout for headers and can make this process streamlined for you.

  1. Click on SAVE


This will save your progress of what you created within the Header tools.

  1. Click on VIEW PAGE to review what you created

  1. Click on SAVE in upper left to Save everything and make this page go live.

  1. Review your website to ensure it was updated to your live site and looks as you intended.
