coreFORCE - Troubleshooting: Error 2408

coreFORCE Advanced and Enterprise Only

Error 2408 is simply an error that the credit card transaction failed. The error message should include a reason why it failed. You can also go to the eCommerce Log (shift-shift and then look for eCommerce) to see the full log of why it failed. It could be anything from:

Exceeded credit card limit
Invalid card number
Wrong expiration date
Wrong CCV
Wrong billing address
