coreFORCE - Products: Managing Reviews

coreFORCE Offers the ability to manually create reviews for products, this can be used in the case of a customer calling in a review of a product or manually transferring a review between systems

1. Click on Products > Reviews

2. Click on ADD

3. Product Selection

Here we'll select which product the review actually applies to

4. Click on User

We'll be able to discern which user this review applies to to ensure the right name is showing up

5. Filtering Options

Our filtering options allow you to search by name through your long list of users currently on your site.

6. Reviewer

This field is useful if the customer the review is from isn't an active user on your new website

7. Date Created

The date for the review can be altered to preserve an original review date

8. Calendar Option

We offer the option to either manually type a date in or to use our calendar view to select a date from the list

9. Title Text

Title Text refers to the title of the review that customers will see on an item examples could be like "Wow!" or "Great Product!"

10. Rating

Rating will follow the standard system, 1 star - 5 stars

11. Content

Content will be the standard data to display for the review, this includes our word processor

12. Response Content

Response Content would pertain to any comments under the original review

13. Like Count

Like count allows the review to preserve the same amount of likes as the original post

14. Requires Approval

This field will halt the review from displaying until an admin reviews the review

15. Inactive

Inactive will hide the review from view on the item
