coreFORCE - Products: Adding Inventory for New coreFORCE Products

If you have coreSTORE then your local inventory can be synced to coreFORCE. To manually add local inventory for a new product in coreFORCE go to


Products > Products > Product Inventory,



Click the Add button in the upper right


You can search for the product using UPC or other field.



Once you have the product selected scroll down until you find the Add Inventory Log Entry section


For Inventory Adjustment Type, select Inventory to set inventory level.



Input the inventory count into the quantity field and save.


You should now see that a log entry has been added to the bottom of that page, as well as the inventory should now show on the product record itself (Products > Products > Products) under the inventory tab.
