coreFORCE - Orders: How can I fix Address verification errors with PO Boxes in coreCLEAR ?

Whenever a customer checks out with a PO Box as a billing address, AVS filters usually trigger. Is there a way for us to manually override?

Answer

Yes, we added a preference specifically for this because it is a common problem.  In Orders > Setup, go the Merchant Account tab, and scroll to the bottom. If you have coreCLEAR selected as your Merchant Gateway, there is a checkbox that will allow "Zip match" to go through if the street address is a PO box.
