coreFORCE - Orders: Entering Manual Orders

The Enter Order module is utilized for the scenario of a customer not having access to an internet connection to place an order through the front end interface and the dealer would manually create the order for them.

1. Click on Enter Order

2. Find your Customer

3. Click on CHOOSE

4. Click on NEXT

5. Paste either the UPC or product name into "Add Product"

6. Click on the product to be added to the order

7. Click on ADD TO CART

8. Click on NEXT

9. Select the desired shipping option from Shipping Method

10. Click on NEXT

11. Click on ADD PAYMENT METHOD

12. Click on APPLY

13. Click on PLACE ORDER
