CoreFORCE- Getting Started: Setting up Emails

Emails are a powerful tool that can be utilized to communicate with your clients and keep them up to date on changes to their order, coreFORCE offers many different options that can be utilized.

1. Click on Setup > Site Defaults

2. Click on Emails

3. Configure Emails

There are a multitude of emails not loaded in by default, these can be added here

4. Select Customize from the Email you'd like to add

5. Click on SAVE

6. Click on Setup > Emails

7. Click on your desired email

8. Content Box

All of your emails utilize HTML and CSS and can be customized with any lines of code

9. Alternatively we can use the content builder

10. Easy Text Editor

The Easy Text Editor can be used as a standard word processing application, no coding required!

11. Click on SAVE

Sending a Test Email

After all the work has been completed a test email can be sent to see the formatting and how everything lines up in a realistic scenario.

12. Click on the email to test

13. Click on Send Test Email

This will send an email to the email tied to your user account that is logged in, please check your inbox for the message!
