coreFORCE - Getting Started: Managing Taxes

Enhance control over tax rates with coreFORCE which offers state and county-level flexibility

Setting taxes by State

1. Click on State Tax Rates

2. Click on ADD

3. Type your state's two letter tax code

Your state's code can be found at https://www.ssa.gov/international/coc-docs/states.html or other similar resources.

4. Type your state's tax rate

5. Type your state's flat rate if applicable

Not all states require a flat rate on top of a percentage tax rate

6. Click on SAVE

8. Click on Select the states in which you do business.…

9. Click on Continue

10. Click on Download rate tables

Importing Taxes by Zip Code

11. Click on Setup > Import Tax Rates

12. Type A name for this import

13. Select your file from the CSV import from file upload menu

14. Click on IMPORT
