coreFORCE - FAQ: How to show 'Inactive' records

Have you marked something inactive and can no longer see it? A record you swear was there previously has gone missing?

If a record was marked "Inactive" this KB will show you how to reveal those records and make them active again.

First go to the module that you are looking for the record in, in this example we are looking at our locations in Products > Settings > Locations

Click the actions button in the upper right of your screen.



Select preferences from the Actions menu.



Check the box labeled "Show inactive records", scroll down and save.



Now you should be able to see the records marked inactive.  

Select the inactive record and scroll to the bottom of the details tab.

Uncheck the box labeled "Inactive", scroll back up and click save at the top.
