coreFORCE - Distributors: RSR Group
coreFORCE integrates with various distributors to automate the import of product data, manage inventory, and streamline the ordering process. This ensures that retailers using coreFORCE can efficiently source and offer products from multiple distributors, keeping their online store updated with the latest inventory and pricing information.
coreFORCE packages-
Starter - No Distributors
Basic - 4 Distributors Distributors
Standard/Advanced/Enterprise - Unlimited Distributors
During the onboarding process for Basic and Standard customers, we will request your preferred distributors. Once the website is set up, these distributors will be available for selection, and you can add the necessary credentials to the created distributor profiles.
Your credentials will be provided by the respective distributor. If you have not yet received them, please contact the distributor directly to obtain them.

Select RSR Group from Distributor
FTP Username
Enter the FTP Username provided

Note: We understand that the term "inactive" might be unclear. When a distributor feed is marked as inactive, it means that the feed no longer pulls new data and the distributor is hidden as an option for shipments on the order dashboard.

Note: RSR has two different logins/sets of credentials, one for dealer orders and one for dropship.

Check Use Dropship-only feed
RSR Group offers a dropshipping service where retailers can list products from RSR's inventory on their own online stores. When a customer places an order, the retailer forwards the details to RSR Group, who handles order processing, packing, and direct shipping to the customer. This setup eliminates the need for retailers to manage inventory or shipping logistics, providing scalability and access to a wide range of products without the overhead costs. It's an efficient solution for retailers aiming to expand their product offerings and streamline operations.

Check Always Require Adult signature for customer dropship
The option "Always Require Adult Signature for Customer Dropship" with RSR Group means that for any dropshipped orders to customers, the delivery carrier will always require an adult (typically 21 years or older) to sign for and accept the package upon delivery. This requirement ensures that the products are received by a responsible adult and helps comply with legal regulations concerning the sale and delivery of certain items, particularly those that require age verification or are legally restricted to minors. This option helps mitigate risks associated with delivery to minors and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
