# coreFORCE Advanced - Troubleshooting - Error 2408

Error 2408 is simply an error that the credit card transaction failed. The error message should include a reason why it failed. You can also go to the eCommerce Log (shift-shift and then look for eCommerce) to see the full log of why it failed. It could be anything from:

* Exceeded credit card limit  
* Invalid card number  
* Wrong expiration date  
* Wrong CCV  
* Wrong billing address
