This guide outlines the steps for assisting your client in canceling their **membership** via **coreFORCE**, enabling you to effectively guide them through the process over the phone.

### 1. Locate My Account


Instruct your client to navigate to the **My Account** link on your customer-facing website.

### 2. Click on Manage subscriptions


Under the client’s **Account Info**, have them click on **Manage Subscriptions**.

### 3. Click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION


Click on the cancel subscription button to end your current subscription.

### 4. Please Note - No Subscription Link


If the **subscription link** is not visible on the account page, you’ll need to enable these pages. Navigate to **Orders > Setup > Pages** in your **coreFORCE Admin Panel** and ensure the necessary pages are activated.
