Connecting Credit Card Processors to coreSTORE

coreCLEAR is the Coreware gateway which requires
API Key
Merchant ID (can be found in the hub)
Bear Token
Signing Key - This can be generated in Blockchyp. CLICK HERE to learn how to do that.

Make sure that there is a Terminal ID and that the Card reader type is Clear 8500/6200

Note: Customers can use online payment to view transactions, they can go to coreCLEAR Dashboard > Transactions > Sort the Filter

They can also use the Card Not Present (CNP) payment type, click HERE on How to use CNP.

coreCLEAR MX is a different gateway that uses Dejavoo Zline Terminals, this will require MX credentials that the customer should receive from the welcome email. They should have:
Merchant ID
Consumer Key
Secret Key
Once everything is plugged in, click "Get authorization" to connect then Save.

To generate the Terminal ID click the "Get Terminals." If no terminal ID pops up then the terminal isn't set up in the backend and Aaron will need to be contacted.

Note: Customers can use online payment in this gateway. They can also perform a manual entry of the card, void a transaction, and refund a customer transaction via MX Dashboard.

To view transactions, the customer will need to sign into their Merchant Account by going to mxmerchant.com, and sign in using their email address as username, if they can't remember the password, simply click "Forgot Password" and they will receive the link.

Fluidpay can be used if the customer is using a 3rd party Merchant such as Bluedog, Fortis, & Fluidpay. The terminal will need to be programmed by their merchant, not us. The merchant will have to provide the Fluidpay API Key, and the terminal ID to connect to coreSTORE.

We are limited on any issues with the API key, Terminal ID, and terminal as we have no access to it. The customer will need to reach out to their merchant to get further assistance.

Note: customer can't use online payment if they use a different merchant unless their merchant provide them an access online

Allaypay is our 3rd party Merchant partner.

To set this up:
Choose Allaypay as the processor
Enter Auth Key (Generated by coreware)
Enter Terminal ID (Generated by coreware )
Newer customers that use QD Terminals usually use the iPOS gateway. Their customers can view the transactions via https://portal.ipospays.com/auth/login they will have the ability to refund, void, and see the transactions via the iPOS portal.

Dejavoo QD Terminals normally use the coreCLEAR gateway as the credit card processor in coreSTORE but they are technically connected to the SPIN POS gateway.

To set this up you will need:

Auth Key (Generated by coreware)
Terminal ID (Generated by coreware)
Set Card Type Reader to QD/QT

Note: Customer can use online payment via CS, the payment gateway settings should be set to MX Credentials.

To view the transactions from the device. they have to go to the Terminal > click the 3 lines or the Star icon > Report > Daily Transactions. They can also refund/void on the terminal if needed.

We can verify with Aaron if they can access the online transactions for customers who use the Dejavoo QDs/QTs terminal. Most of the recent customers were set up to view the online transactions but most of the older clients were not.

If they want to use online payment via coreSTORE, the payment gateway setting should be set to MX Credentials, if we don't have the credentials please reach out to Chami, Josh Okey, or Van Go so we can generate the Keys for you.

In general, if the customer is set to SPIN gateway (QDs) they can't use the Card Not Present (CNP) payment type in coreSTORE, they can switch the the terminal to standalone mode and enter the transactions manually or key it in manually on the terminal directly

Special NOTE: Some newer customers have access to iPOS gateway https://portal.ipospays.com/auth/login to view the transactions, void, and refund. The username is normally the email address associated with the account when they signed up

To determine if the customer is using us as a Merchant you can simply search their account in the hub. If you see the coreCLEAR icon under Products it means we are their merchant and we are responsible for any API keys and terminal IDs they need to connect to coreSTORE.

Special NOTE: If the Merchant number starts with 8 then they can log in to mxmerchant.com, if it starts with 6 then it's Fortis meaning they were added in BlockChyp
