About the Marketing module in coreSTORE

The **Marketing **module in coreSTORE allows you to manage customer engagement through targeted campaigns. It centralizes customer data and provides tools for creating, sending, and tracking marketing communications directly.

Before you start

Before using the Marketing module, make sure you meet the following prerequisites:

  • Login credentials: Use the same credentials you use for coreSTORE to log in to the Marketing module.
  • Google Business Profile (GBP): Verify that you have a Google Business Profile set up.
  • Permissions: Ensure that you have the correct access and permissions to manage the company’s Google Business Profile.

Accessing the Marketing module in coreSTORE

  1. In the sidebar, select Marketing.
  2. Click Initialize Marketing Module, and wait for the initialization to finish.

  1. Click Get Latest Update, and wait for the module to get ready.
  2. Click Open Marketing Module. This opens a new tab in your browser.
  3. In the new tab, enter your coreSTORE username and password.


Navigating the Marketing module

Reputation tab

*Reputation** tab displays recent and historical customer feedback along with overall ratings. Use this view to monitor trends in customer sentiment, identify new reviews, and respond without leaving the module.


The **Reputation **tab includes the following buttons and sections:

  • Send Review Request: Email customers to request reviews.
  • Manage Reputation Settings: Connect your Google Business Profile, edit review request templates, and configure CoreY settings.
  • CoreY section: View the statistics of your customer reviews with AI-powered analysis.
  • **Filters & Sorting **section: Apply filters to organize customer reviews.
  • **Reviews **section: Respond to reviews manually or by using CoreY.
  • **Dashboards **sub-tab: Create and edit widgets to view reviews.
